Signing in

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password?. The link lasts one hour and opens once.

No confirmation email after signing up: look in spam, then tap Resend on the screen that asked you to confirm.

Your data

Settings → Your data → Download my data gives you a copy of everything, as one file.

Delete your account — in the app, or by email if you cannot sign in.

Anything else about your data: privacy@douce.live.

Something wrong or offensive

Tap the flag on the card, post or comment.

To stop seeing someone, tap Also block this person when you report them, or block them from their profile. Settings → Your data → Blocked learners undoes it.

Content you believe is illegal can also be reported without the app.

A decision you disagree with

If we removed something you posted, restricted your account or turned down your report, write to appeal@douce.live within six months. Say what the decision was and why you think it was wrong. A person looks at it again and replies with reasons.
