Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under §36 VSBG. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

Liability for content and links

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in that respect arises only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement, and we remove such content promptly.

Our service links to external sites over whose content we have no control. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of a linked page. Linked pages were checked for legal infringement at the time of linking; permanent monitoring is not reasonable without concrete indications. We remove such links promptly if we become aware of an infringement.
